In Panama, we stayed in Panama City for a couple of nights. We saw the city, the Miraflores canal locks and museum, then dined at some local restaurants. Then we took our car across the country to Cambutal. A small surf village on the Pacific cost and relaxed at the Sansara Yoga & Surf Resort. Then we made our way back to Panama City to get ready for our flight home the next day.
